Overview
We want you to feel confident when purchasing from Not Just a Childminder.
Because many of our products are printed to order or digital downloads, our refund policy is slightly different depending on what you have purchased.
Printed Magazines & Physical Products
If your magazine or physical item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.
We will either:
- Send a replacement (if stock allows), or
- Offer a refund.
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Minor printing variations
- Items that have been used
If you need to return a faulty item, we will provide return instructions. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed as faulty.
Digital Products (eBooks, Downloads, Templates)
Due to the nature of digital products, all digital sales are non-refundable once the file has been accessed or downloaded.
If you experience a technical issue accessing your purchase, please contact us and we will resolve it promptly.
Workshops & Online Training
If you are unable to attend a live workshop:
- You may transfer your place to a future date (with at least 48 hours’ notice), subject to availability.
- Refunds are not offered for missed sessions without notice.
If a workshop is cancelled by us, you will receive either a full refund or the option to transfer to a new date.
Late or Missing Refunds
If a refund has been approved and you have not received it:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your card provider.
- Allow several working days for processing.

Sale Items
Items purchased at a discounted or promotional price are non-refundable.
