We do not store full card details.

4. Digital Downloads
Due to the nature of digital products:
- Digital downloads are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

5. Workshops & Training
Workshop bookings are non-refundable unless cancelled by us.
If you are unable to attend, you may request:
- Transfer to a future session (where available)
- Access to replay materials (if provided)
We reserve the right to reschedule workshops if necessary.
6. Physical Products (Magazines & Printed Materials)
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photographic evidence.
We will offer:
- A replacement copy
or - A refund where appropriate.
Returns for change of mind are not accepted unless required by UK consumer law.
